We deliver worldwide, except some countries and islands. We are using DPD, GLS and EMS shipping services for delivering the products directly to your door. The shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight and destination. An estimation of the delivery cost can be previewed in the checkout page, before finalizing the order. Also, the duration time of the delivery will be previewed in the checkout page, based on the delivery type selected (standard or premium).

Returns

We seek the satisfaction of our clients and thus our services are customer orientated. Our entire policy is according to Romanian Law O.U.G. 130/2000 & O.U.G. nr. 174/2008  and European Law for Internet sales. The return of products is accepted in a maximum limit of 14 calendaristic days from the receipt of item(s).  Clients have the legal right to cancel any order without a reason, but the products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
